MOTHER GIN MARTINI

2 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin 
¼ oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Stir well to chill.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Twist a piece of grapefruit peel over the drink for aromatics and use the twist as a garnish.

WHIPPET

2 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
2 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz tonic

Short shake the Gin Liqueur and grapefruit juice; pour over ice in a highball glass.

Top with the tonic and a squeeze of lime. Give it a quick whirl and serve.

MODERN SPRITZ

oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
3 oz sparkling wine

Pour the Gin Liqueur and grapefruit juice into a wine glass filled with ice, top with sparkling wine.

LOVELY RITA

1 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
2 oz blanco tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz 1:1 simple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel.

A FINE FILLY

oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
3 oz ginger beer
½ oz lime

Add the Gin Liqueur and lime juice into a glass with ice, stir. Top with ginger beer.

Garnish with a handful of mint.

BEE’S KNEES

2 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
¾ oz lemon juice
¼ oz honey

Combine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.

Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.

Optionally, add a sprig of thyme for aroma.

MOD FASHIONED

oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin
½ oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
½ oz simple syrup
dash cardamom bitters

Build over ice in a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with an oversized twist of grapefruit.

Try different bitters to highlight the diverse botanical notes.

POMP & TONIC

oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur or Pomp & Whimsy Gin
3 oz tonic
squeeze of lemon

Pour over ice in a glass. Add a slice of lemon as garnish.

NEGRONI ROSE

1 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
1 oz bitter orange amaro
½ oz dry vermouth
½ oz sweet vermouth

Combine the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice; stir to combine.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

30-LOVE CUP

2 parts Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
1 part dry curaçao
1 part Italian vermouth
4 parts lemon soda
Sliced apple, orange, cucumber, strawberries
Fresh mint

Steep the fruits in the liquors in a pitcher filled about halfway and keep covered in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Right before serving, add ice directly to the pitcher and top with the lemon soda, garnishing with the fresh mint.

BREAKFAST IN TOKYO

1 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
1 oz nigori sake
1 oz cucumber juice

Shake the ingredients with ice.

Strain over ice into a lowball or old fashioned glass.

Garnish with an edible flower.

JASMINE PEARL

oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin
¾ oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
1 oz lemon
¼ oz bitter red liqueur

Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, and garnish with a lemon wheel and jasmine flower (dried or fresh).

JUBILEE SPRITZ

2 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
2 oz sparkling wine, chilled

Pour the Gin Liqueur over ice in a cocktail shaker and swirl until well chilled.

Strain into a coupe and top with sparkling wine.

Garnish with a fanciful twist of citrus.

SUFFRAGETTE MARTINI

1 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
1 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin
1 oz dry vermouth

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Stir well to chill.

LE TROU CHARMANT

1 scoop of rose or grapefruit sorbet
½ oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
