FRAMBOISE SPRITZ
Nature’s jewel in the crown, they say that a dream of raspberries means that happiness and good fortune are destined to follow. What better way to delicately tip the odds in your lover’s favor than to slip a few into this ambrosial pre-dinner spritz?
1 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
½ oz Campari
½ oz Chambord or raspberry liqueur
3 oz sparkling wine
splash club soda
fresh raspberries and orange slice
Build ingredients over ice in a large wine glass and garnish with the fresh fruit.Serve with two straws, noses touching.

If being whisked away to some faraway island is not on the cards for V-day this year, we’ve got the next best thing in the form of this light and refreshing take on the classic watermelon margarita. Try it served up or frozen, for a treat that’s as slushy as they come. Mariachi players optional.
1 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
1 oz tequila blanco
1 oz watermelon juice
¼ oz fresh lime juice
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker until well chilled, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel.

2 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
¼ oz Chambord or raspberry liqueur
¾ oz lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drink bountifully, toasting often.
